2. Use screws to fix the pole, some screws no need pass thru the holes.
3. Use sandbag to secure the legs on each side, when rolling the cover up, to prevent it from trying to flip over.
4. The reel is very sturdy. Time will tell how well it last, but it definitely makes removing and covering the pool back a piece of cake.

Not as easy to assemble as advertised. Otherwise, happy with it so far.
The solar blanket is a quality product. I’ve always bought the highest grade at another pool supply distributor, but I can truly say this one is the best I’ve seen. It is made by a manufacture that understands solar blankets and the need for well made products. Taking the cover on and off daily is where we see quality. thick and durable.
Easy to assemble, efficient - definitely shortens time and hassle of taking pool cover off and on!
Fast shipping and easy installation
The Assembly Instructions are very vague, but we were able to figure it out without an issue (That's why I gave it 4 stars). The reel is very nice and works great so far (we've only had it a couple weeks). The only concern I have is how much the bar sags with the weight of the cover on it, but time will tell. Otherwise we really like it.

I found this to be a good product, and was exactly as advertised. It makes taking the cover on and off really easy.
I received the pool cover roller about 10 days ago. I assembled the roller with the instructions that accompanied the product. The instructions are difficult to understand and there are statements and "requirements" that are not valid or even slightly correct, leading me to have to contact support. There is only an email address to do so. Therefore, I had to wait until the next day to get an answer. It did come early in the day so I could finish the assembly.
Once I attached the cover, (Not a simple task.), I rolled the 20 x 40 cover onto the product. Upon completing the job, I found the roller sags significantly In the center. I have not unrolled it yet, but suspect prolonged storage of the cover will cause some issue!
So far this reel is just what we needed! Seems to be a quality reel and time will tell! So far it is great!
Love how simple it is to use. Best if you have two people to put on the cover. Ive done it several times by myself though, just slightly more work going back and forth to the other side. Its sturdy but a very strong wind was able to knock it into our pool (cover was on pool). No damage done and would buy it again.
