Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Good looking ornament, put over my well casing to hide it, worked great
Already sent my complaints about screws and holes not lining up, spots of missing stain/paint, and screws not being long enough to catch frame!
Got this for my grandson, who loves spotting wishing wells when we're driving anywhere (he's 4 and thinks they're magical) it's adorable and easy to put together (if you have a drill and don't need to use the screwdriver included). Very well packaged, easy to understand and less assembly than I expected. The base comes as one piece as does the top. The bucket can be raised and/or lowered which I'm sure he will love.

Nice looking, not built very strong, needed some protectant on it, not very durable. Love wishing wells so I thought I would give it a shot......too much money for the product.

Its pretty but not very durable
Great wishing well, it's probably a good idea to add a few reinforcements and some polyurethane if you're going to have it out in the elements. Even with that, I think it was a great purchase and looks really good in the yard.
