I have a flip house that has a tight kitchen with a 30" sink base and this 30" sink fit perfectly! It's definitely the biggest sink you'll get into that size base and it not only looks amazing but is priced well below what Menards, Home Depot, and Lowe's has for a 30" sink base. I love the square edges for the modern commercial look and that it is deep. It also includes a rack for the bottom of the sink as well as the drain with a strainer and stopper! Can't beat it for the price. Only thing I would add to the design is a clip system to better clamp it to the countertop. Instructions say to use a silicone based adhesive but there is no way to have clips like many other drop in sinks. The lip of my sink came slightly bent on one side but customer service was great and it was relatively easy to straighten out with the help of customer service which was great.

This is a well made heavy duty stainless steel sink. It’s easy to drop in with a small amount of silicone sealant to hold in place (not provided). It is perfect for our outdoor kitchen. The first sink I tried was too shallow and light weight material. For a few dollars more I got just what I wanted. I have no problem recommending this sink.
Coming from a 2-basin funky old cast iron sink, this thing feels like I can fit 10x more in it, which is great.
I wish it had more slope so that food waste drained with gravity, but instead I have to use my faucet sprayer or a sponge.
We remodeled our kitchen including a new sink and this was perfect looks great
