It is made of plastic but currently almost all of them are made of this material, it does NOT look fragile, at my height it looks very good.
But for tall people you may have to put it on top of a base so that it rises a few cm.
It assembles super easy. It is important to have your water installation. 10 out of 10

Seems stable so far. Like all the features. Installed in a trailer & size was great as well as faucet.
Very easy to assemble you just need to check the lines if you are replacing a sink. We took out a shampoo bowl and replaced it with this sink so I would have more room to bath my small dogs. To get it to drain properly we had to get more connectors and raise it a couple of inches. My husband had to patch a hole in the wall from our other sink, but I'm going to put up a little back splash to hide the patch. I really think I'm going to love it!
Still I b stalling it...way beyond my expectations have had utility sinks in the past...this by far the best I have ever purchased
