I ordered this for my daughter's dorm as kind of a two-fer, she needs a stool to get on her bunk AND a place to put her drinks when hanging out under the lofted part. This will handle both. It seems really sturdy,. A little bit of a new smell out of the box but it's not obnoxious. Color is great, honestly one of the better buys we have made.
