You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. It is sturdy. It looks great and it locks. Took a little time to put together but was worth it.
Hard to assemble, took hours; but the finished product is beautiful. Proud to have it in my home.
Replaced finger pulls with Aluminum rectangular pulls to match the desk turned out better. Wheel broke day 1 , (they sent 5 replacements fast) . However in the mean time took the other 4 off, seems better fit for me under the desk.
A couple of things to note: there were a few defects but when I reached out to the seller they did resolve it. There were screws that did not have a corresponding preopened hole and needed to be drilled in. The instructions for installing the lock did not mention that the outer portion had to be removed prior to screwing. That part was a little difficult to secure and install. Another piece that was a bit of a struggle was fitting the bottoms of the drawers as it did not line up perfectly. I had to end up disassembling some screws to accommodate that. A fair purchase.

there is plenty of room in drawers. Nice thing too. I can lock it.
My old file cabinets were fallen apart, so I purchased this one and I am very happy with it. My neighbor helped put it together and he said it was fairly easy and it sturdy. It comes with 2 keys to lock the drawers, it has wheels so it is easy to move and it fits nicely in my small home office. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a small file cabinet.

It is relatively easy to put together, lots of smaller internal parts but that's what makes it a great cabinet.
