Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. The cooler arrived a week earlier than promised, always a good thing. I have never seen a "some assembly required" item go together this easily. All bolts were identical except the two caps on the lid which required a Phillips screwdriver. All nuts were pre-installed as part of the unit. Everything was as advertised. Very cool (no pun intended). I would buy one again except I only need the one.
