Shipping Policy & Payment

1. We offer free shipping services, and packages will be sent within 48 hours after payment. Rush orders cannot be accommodated at this time. Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Please make sure to provide your correct shipping address when placing your order, orders can only be shipped to the address provided to us. If you decide to have the product re-delivered to a different address (US addresses only), an additional shipping/handling fee of $28 will apply for US shipping addresses.

3. We use UPS/FEDEX/USPS to deliver your packages, depending on the size of the product purchased. You will receive a tracking number automatically or can contact us for the exact delivery date. 

4. If any damage occurs during shipping or manufacturing, we can either send replacement parts or have you return the merchandise for repair or replacement.

5. To honor your claim with the shipping company, please keep all boxes and packing materials.

6. We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO address, Puerto Rico, Hawaii Alaska, Guam.
