Warranty Policy

Vingli reserves the right to modify this warranty policy. However, the policies in effect at the time of purchase will be honored. Please carefully read the following warranty guidelines and restrictions before making a purchase:

If you receive any items that do not meet your expectations within 365 days from the date of purchase, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Vingli will guarantee returns and exchanges for failures caused by non-human factors. However, please note that the following conditions are not covered by the warranty. Vingli's liability is limited to repairing or replacing defective items.

Restrictions:

  1. 365 days warranty applies only to original purchaser of products;
  2. Damage caused by neglect or misuse of products is not covered;
  3. Normal wear caused by normal use of items is not covered by this warranty;

To be eligible for warranty coverage, manufacturers require evidence of a warranty defect. If you discover a product issue, you will need to provide photo and/or video evidence of the issue.

The original purchaser must present the defective item along with the original receipt of purchase to the dealer from which it was purchased. The dealer will then make arrangements with Vingli for the repair or replacement of the defective item.
