You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

These are my first hives. I bought 3 for my 3 nucs i purchased and every easy assembly fast shipping. Im only using the deep right now to get them started but will add the medium later. Plenty of bee wax on the wood. Nice set up great beginers hive
these were for my husband easy to put together and carry won't be able to use until the coming spring worth the money
Nice langstroh hive, well built and wax coated, nails are cheap but can replace them from a local hardware store.
Very well cut, easy to build. One minor issue, there was a cut made on a knot that cause one interlocking end to break off, but it did not ruin it. All in all this was a nice and easy put it together project with a hopefully soon to be sweet outcome.

The build quality is excellent, so is the wax buildup on the whole hive.
Solid wood, nice coat of wax.easy to assemble you just need a hammer and a block of wood to fit pieces together. They include plenty of nails.
Its a beautiful hive. Took hubby about a month to put it all together, working a little at a time. Well worth it, as its a wonderful hive!
