Excellent product and service!
I used it to prevent babies from going into the kitchen. It works great. Also I love how it looks.
After 3 years, the hinge on the door failed. I sent a picture of the failed part and they sent a replacement part, no questions asked. The part arrived in a few days and was easy to replace.
We live in upper part of our home!! My mother lived in the downstairs apartment!! Bc she couldn't do stairs I had an electric chair climber!! My husband and I got a new puppy and we needed a safety gate to keep her upstairs!! Bc of the chair climber, I could not use a regular gate!! I bought two different styles prior to this gate!! The other styles were not safe for us, bc we were always on a step, trying to open or move the gate and bring our puppy downstairs to go outside to do her business!! I felt this was very unsafe of us, as we are in our elderly years!! I was very concerned about us losing our balance and falling down the stairs!! So I went back to the Amazon website to search for another type of gate!! I came across this one and thought it would work well!! This gate accommodated the chair climber, the gate was further away from the stairs, which allowed safety for us and our puppy!! The gate opener is in the middle and can be opened in both directions, which is a nice feature!! The only concerning part is I'm not sure if the gate features will last a long time bc we are up and down the stairs frequently!! I'm not sure if there are replacement parts?? The gate does wiggle slightly when opening the gate, but I don't feel that would be a problem in the future!! Overall, I love the functionality of this gate, but more importantly, I love the safety that it provides for us and our puppy!! I would highly recommend purchasing this type of gate if you have similar needs as we did!!
If I could give this seller 10 stars I would!! We've had this gate for 2 years, and have loved it. One day, a piece that held the gate door in the frame broke off when my toddler pushed it a little too far. This made the gate pull out of the frame every time we opened the door. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement piece!

Works good for keeping the toddler away from the fireplace, haven't mounted it to the wall yet just sort of use the couch and end table to hold it in place, toddler yanks on it and stands up holding it and it is sturdy. Great price for a sturdy big gate. Door works good.
Also doesn't get too hot for the baby to touch even being close to the iron fireplace that puts off some real heat!
Product is quality, anyone complaining of breaking is because they didnt loosen the joints before bending them.
Putting 2 8 panels and 1 3 panel together to keep toddler away from double sided fireplace. Easy to connect.
Ordered 3 8 panels by mistake, customer service made it easy to return one. Note I did not even open it yet.

Easy installation. Holds up to our kids shaking and attempting to break through!
