As described, soooooo easy to assemble and waterproof. Just like the rest of our patio furniture, it will not be left outside during Indiana winters, but is keeping pillows and covers dry for now. Should have bought this years ago.
I purchased this to store my large Black electric cord that goes to my dock. This sits by my dock post that my winch is attached to. The lake level drops in the winter & required 210 ft of cord. Hated the look of the cord looped on a bracket. Made 2 U shaped openings for the cord from electrical box & 1 for the cord running down to the dock. It looks awesome & plenty of space for the cord inside. Will treat w 303 UV protection a couple times a year. Very pleased w purchase!
It was a bit of a challenge to assemble. However, if you look at the instructions closely, its not too difficult. Recommend lining all the pieces up exactly as they have in the picture. Other than the two sides, each piece is distinctly different. I did have to gently tap with a hammer to get the last part of a couple sections to snap in place. Im a woman in her 60s with arthritis so not a surprise. Weve had several rains and there is no water inside the compartment. The only negative is the plastic tab on the lid that should lock onto the lower section but it doesnt. Shouldnt be a problem if you place the opening away from the wind. Looks great. Ive ordered a second one.
It was not as large as I needed.
I have not used it outside during the rain yet. It seems sturdy. It holds about 4 cushions. I like the color and design.
I was looking for something to put pool towels in and this works perfect. Easy to assemble and keeps out the elements. Towels stay clean and dry
Perfect size not to big on the deck can use also as a table when closed. Pool towels available to the kids at poolside and all the extra - sun screen and goggles etc. Grey looks great on the grey deck.
