When I first received my wall cabinet with hanging drawers, I checked all of them parts and pieces to make sure they were there. Turns out that I am missing two of the cam bolts their 6 x 35 mm. I contacted your support website and requested that they send me the two missing cam bolts. They responded promptly but they asked for an invoice number so they could send the right part. I don’t have an invoice number, I don’t even have an invoice. I explained that to the Customer Service people I sent them a copy of the cash check from y’all as I purchased it from your website Along with the picture of the instruction booklet and a picture of the Campbell Bolt that I was missing and I explained to them this was all the information that I had. I’m still waiting for an answer.
This is the second piece of furniture that I have purchased from y’all and the Customer Service people were just fine. I had no issues that they were unable to resolve promptly. But now I’m running into all these questions that I don’t have an answer for.. if you could help, I would surely appreciate it. I do like your furniture. It is easy to put together as shows by this is my second purchase. But after this experience with the customer service people this wall cabinet that I’m trying to put together now will probably be my last.
It’s up to you to determine whether I will purchase anything else from y’all or whether this will be the final purchase.

My package was damaged upon delivery, but that aside, we opened the box to see if the product was ok. The quality of workmanship was poor. Mis-aligned paint finish and edges not straight, pieces not flush or level. Overall aesthetic is bad. Less expensive than many, not worth it, you get what you pay for. I returned the product which is a pain after you open it and have so many pieces. I don't suggest buying this product, move along.
