This is the best tool I've purchased for my above ground pool. It has great suction. The battery power lasted to clean the entire pool floor surface 32x16. Have to stop and rinse debris container mid-way through the pool. It's a breeze.
I was quite surprised and how well built this vacuum is. I have been using it for 2 weeks with no issues. It's very quiet, has 2 speeds, a large chamber to hold debris and a fine filter. It comes with 2 filters. I use this to clean my fiberglass pool which is 14' x 35'. I would recommend this product.
I just now was able to actually use my pool vacuum and wow! This thing makes life so much easier! It has some serious suction power and the long handle helps save my back tremendously! Its simple to use and easy to clean out. I absolutely love it!

I used this cyclonin pool vacuum for the first time after we had a storm role through that blew our pool cover off. We had a TON of sand and debris at the bottom of the pool. The vacuum charged quickly and held the battery life for the full amount of time it took to vacuum my entire 18 foot above ground swimming pool. The vacuum even sucked up a leaf that was at the bottom of the pool. I did have to empty the canister about 5 times and spray the filter off as the sand kept clogging the opening. This does not have as much suction as your typical pool vacuum, that you connect to the pool intake hose of your above ground pool. But it does the job and its nice that you dont have to get in the pool to use it. And the handle detaches and happened to fit my skimmer which was a nice added bonus.
I got this for the days when my kids leave hair ties or other larger items in the bottom of the pool but they are too big to be sucked up via the filters. I have a 6 foot deep in ground pool and the handle thar comes with this was not long enough to reach the bottom and use in our deep end.
That wasn't really an issue because I just used the pole that I have for my brush and it worked just fine. Suction was good and the battery so far has lasted for me good enough to vacuum around my entire pool with is larger than most. This is a good option for those once a week quick cleaning to get larger items off the bottom of the pool if you don't have a vacuum already with your system.
Initially, I wasn't sure if this pool vacuum cleaner would actually work because I've purchased two within the last 15 years and both were insufficient. It took only 10 minutes to read through the instructions and complete the assembly. Although, I had to use my other longer aluminum pole, instead of the one that came with this unit, because it was too short. My inground pool is 9ft on the deep end and the pole handle that came with this product, even extended, was not long enough.
However, after using this vacuum for the first time, I was very impressed with the smooth operation and suction power. It also had no problem vacuuming up the small & medium debris that had collected at the bottom. I absolutely love this unit and will be using it quite often this summer and next winter, as needed. I think the price is more than fair, for the value that it is serving.
Comes in handy when I need it.
I have a medium sized above ground pool and this vacuum is the perfect size for it. The pole is long enough for me to reach the middle and I like that it has a handle on the end and not just a pole. It is super easy to assemble. Just snap the poles together onto the unit and go! Box to pool in less than 5 minutes. It came fully charged and ready to use. If you have larger debris, you can take the brush roller attachment off. But I had no problem sucking up pine needles and medium sized leaves with the attachment on. The suction is definitely strong enough. The only area I didnt think it cleaned well was the corner where the bottom of pool joins the wall. I had my pool clean in no time and I wish I had this vacuum last year! Definitely recommend for smaller pools.
